Key Responsibilities

  • Financial Management
    • Oversee budgeting, financial forecasting, and cash flow management to ensure the financial health of our organization.
    • Collaborate with the CEO on financial planning and budget reviews, keeping senior leadership informed of financial progress and challenges.
  • Human Resources
    • Supervise human resource functions, including handbook updates, training, development, compensation, benefits, employee relations, performance evaluations, and recruiting.
  • Information Technology
    • Lead the development and implementation of an IT plan that meets our organization's growing needs.
  • Facilities and Infrastructure
    • Support facilities and infrastructure to ensure they meet the operational needs of our organization.

Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree is required.
  • Advanced degree in Accounting, Finance, or Management preferred.
  • The ideal candidate will have proven experience overseeing financial data quality, reporting, and audit coordination, preferably for a division or significant program area. Experience managing human resources functions is also highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits

Salary: up to $130,000.00, depending on experience.
