Key Responsibilities- Financial Planning and Budgeting: Develop and implement comprehensive financial plans and budgets to ensure effective resource allocation and management.
- Program Management: Lead and coordinate projects within assigned programs, ensuring timely and accurate reporting of program status.
- Contract Management: Prepare contract deliverables, manage contractual terms and conditions, and assist in preparation of modifications or replacements.
- Cost Management: Conduct research, planning, estimating, budgeting, and control activities to ensure effective cost management.
- Portfolio Management: Execute and refine portfolio for program initiatives, developing new programs to support the strategic direction of the organization.
- Evaluation and Improvement: Develop evaluation methods to assess program strengths and identify areas for improvement, ensuring goals are met in areas including customer satisfaction, safety, quality, and team member performance.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration or a financially related field.
- Experience: Minimum five (5) years demonstrated experience in financial management and accounting, with one (1) year experience with DoD planning, programming, and budgeting process occurring in the past five (5) years.
- Clearance: National Agency Check with Inquiries (NACI) Clearance or the ability to obtain said clearance is required.
- Citizenship: US Citizen.
- Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and program/project management software (Basecamp, MS Project).
- Knowledge and Skills: Knowledgeable in program management methodology and techniques, performance evaluation, and change management principles.
- Communication Skills: Ability to communicate professionally across a diverse group of audiences, with strong interpersonal, communicative, diplomatic, and analytical skills.
