We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing and Creative Recruiter to join our team in the DC metro area. As a Recruiter, you will play a critical role in sourcing, screening, and qualifying candidates for various contract and contract-to-hire roles in the marketing, communications, and creative space.

About the Role

This is a contract-to-hire opportunity that requires a strong understanding of marketing recruitment. You will work closely with our Account Management team to understand client needs and develop a recruiting strategy to deliver top talent. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Source candidates through multiple channels, including LinkedIn, our internal database, and external job boards.
  • Qualify resumes, arrange interviews, and conduct candidate screenings for each assigned role.
  • Keep detailed notes in our applicant tracking system.
  • Work with the Account Management team to prepare candidate submissions.
  • Create robust talent pipelines for future job opportunities.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 2-3 years of experience recruiting in marketing, communications, and creative.
  • 3+ years of experience with Bullhorn or another ATS.
  • 2+ years of staffing agency recruiting experience preferred.
  • LinkedIn sourcing experience is a must.
  • Active social media presence with experience using social media profiles to attract candidates preferred.
