Job Summary

PowerNation Studios, a leading media company, is seeking a highly skilled Automotive Fabrication Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for planning and executing vehicle projects, collaborating with producers and directors to conceive and develop show content, and appearing on camera in our productions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work with producers and directors to plan and execute vehicle projects, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to acquire necessary parts and materials for projects.
  • Provide mechanical and fabrication work required for project building and testing, adhering to the highest standards of workmanship.
  • Assist with scripting and editing for television productions, ensuring technical accuracy and engaging content.
  • Work with vendors to procure parts and materials, negotiating exposure and promotional opportunities when possible.
  • Collaborate with other staff members to ensure editorial obligations are met, and the studio remains safe and healthy.
Requirements
  • Some college or technical school education, with relevant certifications.
  • Experience in automotive mechanical work and fabrication, with a focus on off-road and 4x4 vehicles.
  • Good on-screen presence and voice, with the ability to conceptualize and present projects effectively.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of safe equipment operations and a commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
