Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Generation: Conduct targeted business-to-business (B2B) cold calling and outreach campaigns to identify new business opportunities and generate high-quality leads.
  • Lead Qualification: Utilize your skills and knowledge to qualify leads, identify decision-makers, and gather essential information to ensure timely follow-ups and accurate record-keeping.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with our Outside Sales Representatives to plan client visits, meet or exceed weekly and monthly targets, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • CRM Management: Effectively utilize our CRM system to document and track leads, ensuring accurate records and timely follow-ups.
  • Professional Development: Pursue ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge necessary for the effective performance of this role.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Experience: Cold calling experience preferred, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems
  • Skills: Self-motivated, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, strong written and verbal communication skills, and ability to build relationships with clients
