In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to users of a specialized web application that offers vehicle technical information.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist end users in navigating a custom web application tailored for automotive technical data.
- Handle incoming incidents, ensuring effective tracking and resolution.
- Provide support through various communication channels including phone, chat, and email.
- Oversee dealer licenses associated with the application.
- Manage user information related to billing processes.
- Support multiple products related to vehicle technical service software and utilities.
- Demonstrate the ability to multi-task effectively.
- Be adaptable and willing to assist with newly integrated software as required.
- Collaborate with other teams to troubleshoot and resolve user issues.
- Identify priority concerns and escalate them to ensure timely access to necessary technical data.
- Maintain and update FAQs to facilitate user self-service troubleshooting.
- A minimum of two years of experience in the automotive sector, with knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair.
- Familiarity with contact management systems.
- Proficient in Office 365 and MS Office applications, including Outlook, MS Teams, Zoom, and MS Word, along with a basic understanding of web browsers like MS Edge and Google Chrome.
- Experience with remote access software for troubleshooting, preferably Bomgar.
- Three or more years of relevant experience is preferred.
- An associate degree is desirable; equivalent coursework or training may be considered.
The pay range for this position is between $42,500 and $49,500, determined by various factors including education, experience, and specific job responsibilities.
