Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a qualified Engineering Project Coordinator to enhance our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee technical documentation for the project team, ensuring compliance with the latest specifications.
2. Manage configuration control for all updates to assigned technical drawings and specifications.
3. Engage in the resolution of quality issues by providing rationale for non-conformance.
4. Facilitate essential team activities tailored to customer requirements.
5. Serve as the primary contact for customer communications on behalf of the Engineering team.
6. Contribute to future project proposals by estimating required man-hours.
7. Generate reports for customers regarding non-conformances that exceed acceptable limits.
8. Participate in special projects as assigned.

Qualifications:
• A Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Civil Engineering from an ABET accredited institution is preferred.
• A minimum of two years of relevant project engineering experience.
• U.S. Citizenship is required, with no dual citizenship.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Department of Energy (DOE) security clearance.

Preferred Skills:
• Familiarity with SAP systems is advantageous.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Compensation and Benefits:
The Engineering Project Coordinator role offers a 9/80 work schedule, competitive salary, and a comprehensive benefits package including paid time off, holiday shutdowns, educational reimbursement, and medical, dental, and vision insurance options. Additionally, the position includes service-based retirement contributions with a 401k match.
