Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a structured project plan and schedule, ensuring effective tracking and reporting in accordance with established methodologies.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless execution of projects.
  • Guarantee that all projects are completed on schedule, within the defined scope, and adhere to budget constraints.
  • Monitor resource availability and allocation to optimize project delivery.
  • Identify potential risks and formulate timely mitigation strategies.
  • Manage dependencies with both internal and external parties to minimize impacts on critical parameters such as cost and schedule.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients and all stakeholders involved.
  • Provide timely and proactive updates on project progress to all relevant parties.
  • Ensure compliance with the project development methodology as it evolves.
  • Guide and mentor the project team to achieve high-quality deliverables within budget.
  • Track and analyze project metrics, implementing corrective actions for ongoing improvement.
  • Explore and implement innovative solutions and automation to enhance productivity.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in agile or scrum methodologies.
  • Previous involvement in international projects, particularly those related to .NET, Java, or Embedded Systems development.
