ROLE OVERVIEW

We are looking for a Construction Project Coordinator ready to support project execution by providing daily assistance to field teams, project management, and clients.

Our Project Coordinators play a crucial role in maintaining workflow and assist in implementing project strategies.

This position will involve specific responsibilities such as coordinating material delivery schedules, managing Requests for Information (RFI), submittals, and change order documentation, and serving as a primary contact for internal stakeholders.


Knowledge Requirements:
Acquires professional concepts and applies company policies and procedures to address routine challenges.

Job Complexity:
Engages with problems of limited scope, adhering to standard practices and procedures in analyzing situations or data to derive solutions. Establishes stable working relationships internally.

Supervision:
Typically receives detailed instructions for all tasks.

PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT OPPORTUNITIES

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Any combination of education and experience that, in the sole judgment and discretion of the company, would likely provide the necessary knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as any required licenses or certifications, may qualify.


Education:
High School Diploma or GED required. A Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.

Licensure/Certifications:
None required.

Experience:
No prior construction or related experience is required. Two years of construction or related experience is preferred.

Driving Record:
Valid state-issued driver's license and a satisfactory driving record.
