Position Summary
The Project Coordinator is responsible for delivering essential administrative support to project management and sample receiving while ensuring exceptional customer service for all clients.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and review various standard project management documents, forms, databases, and related materials.
- Offer fundamental interpretation and guidance to staff and management regarding project management policies and practices.
- Conduct standard research and provide feedback to address management and employee inquiries; assist in gathering customer feedback and coordinating necessary resources.
- Support projects involving client interactions, sample check-in verification, analysis status monitoring, and client invoicing as directed by the supervisor.
- Direct client inquiries and requests to the appropriate project manager for follow-up.
- Assist in developing project management objectives, including proposed budgets, timelines, and resource requirements, while presenting information to management.
- Interpret and apply departmental policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Contribute to departmental efficiency by offering suggestions and actively participating in work teams.
- Promote the mission of Pace Analytical by demonstrating courteous and cooperative behavior in all interactions.
High School Diploma/GED; AND two (2) years of relevant administrative support experience; OR an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
Required Knowledge and SkillsKnowledge:- Understanding of departmental policies and procedures.
- Familiarity with applicable laws, codes, and regulations.
- Knowledge of standard testing tools and equipment.
- Proficiency in computer applications related to the role.
- Principles of effective project teamwork.
- Effective communication methods with staff and clients.
- Strong command of business English, including spelling and grammar.
- Training others in relevant policies and procedures.
- Team collaboration and project management.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Interpreting and explaining laws and regulations.
