Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee projects while effectively influencing, negotiating, and communicating with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, suppliers, and team members.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HVAC project coordination.
- Experience in design-build and job site management is preferred.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and inspection reports.
- In-depth knowledge of construction methodologies and familiarity with municipal regulations and permitting processes.
- Proficient in managing subcontractors and vendors.
- Skilled in negotiating and tracking change orders with clients and subcontractors.
- Capable of managing multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to direct the Site Supervisor to ensure the accurate completion of project objectives.
- Strong understanding of Building Codes and Safety Regulations.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite, including MS Excel, and MS Project or similar project management software.
- Must be able to pass pre-employment and random drug screenings.
