Position Overview:

As a Customer Support Specialist in the Network Operations Center, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to both internal and external clients. Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the lifecycle of trouble tickets, ensuring timely updates and resolutions.
  • Utilize your knowledge of networking principles to assist in troubleshooting and resolving customer issues.
  • Conduct assessments of customer problems to determine urgency and severity, coordinating with various support teams as necessary.
  • Oversee the installation and remote diagnostics of Linux servers and diverse networking equipment.
  • Handle a personal phone queue while managing multiple communication channels related to ongoing projects.
  • Document daily operations meticulously to maintain operational transparency.
  • Install and evaluate commercial network systems to ensure optimal performance.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and management to provide updates and insights.
  • Compile and document detailed analyses of issues encountered during installations.
  • Assist in gathering customer-requested data, such as traffic analytics.

This role operates within a 24/7 environment, requiring flexibility and a strong understanding of subnetting and IP segmentation. Your contributions will also support the company's compliance with relevant environmental regulations.
