Job Summary

Cynet Systems is seeking a highly skilled Operations Support Specialist to join our team. As an Operations Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our patient outreach programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Enrollment Processing: Receive and process enrollment requests into our CRM system, following up to obtain any missing information.
  • Customer Support: Provide exceptional customer phone support for enrollment questions and issues.
  • Duplicate Record Investigation: Support investigation and resolution of duplicate records.
  • Process Monitoring: Monitor the enrollment process, escalate discrepancies, and support issue resolution.
  • Documentation Management: Maintain all project documentation, including service protocols, records, and reports, according to the scope of work and SOPs.
  • Database Management: Update and maintain internal databases, tracking systems, and project plans.
  • Operational Support: Provide operational support as directed by stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Passion for Patient Care: A genuine passion for working with patients and delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Data Entry Experience: At least two years of data entry experience working in a patient outreach or comparable contact center in the healthcare industry.
  • Technical Skills: Must be computer proficient, including MS Office skills (Word, Excel, and Outlook), with experience with electronic health records preferred.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify problems, take initiative, and be solutions-oriented in a contact center work environment.
  • Communication Skills: Possess excellent virtual interaction and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Customer Focus: Exhibit a strong customer focus and sensitivity when interacting with patients and healthcare professionals.
  • Duplicate Record Analysis: Ability to investigate and analyze potential duplicate records.
  • Business Rules Compliance: Must be able to follow business rules to process and merge duplicate records within an automated system.
  • Attention to Detail: Detail-oriented, efficient, and flexible with strong organizational skills.
  • Confidentiality and Integrity: Ability to understand and strictly follow policy, procedures, and guidelines, maintain confidentiality, follow up on commitments on a timely basis, adhere to deadlines, and be a strong team player.
