Compensation: $17-$24/hour based on experience, along with a generous employee discount.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Become an integral part of our customer service team.
  • Handle customer inquiries via phone and email, assisting with shopping, order placement, troubleshooting, and other needs.
  • Perform various administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and processing claims and returns.
  • Contribute to warehouse and shipping operations for approximately 10% of your work hours.

Ideal Candidate Qualities:

  • A collaborative spirit and a team-oriented mindset.
  • Local candidates preferred, as in-office presence is required.
  • A background in equestrian activities with a strong desire to support both horses and riders.
  • A proactive, self-motivated approach to work.
  • 3+ years of customer service experience (entry-level candidates may be considered).
