Position Title:
Healthcare Customer Support Specialist
Job Overview:
We are seeking skilled Healthcare Customer Support Specialists to become part of a vibrant call center team dedicated to assisting medical facilities.

This role entails managing a substantial volume of incoming calls, primarily focused on aiding patients with appointment scheduling, modifications, or cancellations.

Additionally, you will occasionally assist with provider referrals.

This position demands exceptional multitasking skills and a steadfast commitment to customer satisfaction, offering a contract with potential for long-term employment.

Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role or as a Medical Secretary
  • Familiarity with EPIC or comparable healthcare software is advantageous

Work Environment:

This is a fully on-site role within a dynamic call center atmosphere, where you will collaborate in a shared workspace with other team members.
