The Customer Care Specialist at Millennium Physician Group serves as a vital link between our patients and healthcare providers. This role is essential as the initial point of contact for patients reaching out via phone. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to customer service, demonstrating exceptional skills in managing incoming calls effectively.
Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Handling a high volume of inbound calls daily while delivering outstanding customer service.
- Assessing patient needs and resolving issues by clarifying concerns, researching solutions, and implementing effective resolutions.
- Following established protocols to manage urgent calls appropriately.
- Accurately entering and processing patient information into the medical system.
- Achieving performance targets and contributing to a dynamic, high-performing team environment.
