Sales Development Manager

BambooHR is seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Sales Development Manager to join our team. As an Outbound Account Executive, you will be responsible for driving account acquisition by targeting accounts and working with your BDR to generate enough pipeline to hit your quota and cultivating relationships with all pertinent stakeholders within target accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Expand the top of the funnel by complementing centralized marketing campaigns with your own prospecting efforts.
- Develop relationships and alignment across multiple levels, including C-level executives, influencers, and relevant personas.
- Drive sales execution by using BambooHR's sales process to close new logo business.
What You'll Need:
A minimum of 5 years of quota-carrying sales experience, 1-2 years of outbound sales experience, and a track record of tenacity and driving results with a sense of urgency. Proven ability to cultivate relationships based on best practices and strategy. Excellent leadership skills and the ability to work with and indirectly manage sales support colleagues. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience. Highly professional and excellent written and verbal communication skills to ensure success in speaking to all levels of an organization.
Salary:$85,000 - $110,000 per year.
