About the Role

We are seeking a highly ambitious and experienced Sr. Partner Manager to join our team at Visier. As a key member of our Strategic Partnerships team, you will be responsible for developing and executing joint go-to-market programs with our Consulting and Advisory partners. This is a unique opportunity to work with a leading people analytics company and make a significant impact on our business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute joint go-to-market programs with named partners, including joint value proposition definition, sales enablement, partner enablement, and co-marketing.
  • Build and grow relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, including key leaders at partner firms.
  • Manage and track partnerships against Enterprise pipeline and revenue targets.
  • Drive urgency around partnerships and help sales teams engage the right partners early in their territory and account strategy.
  • Work closely with Enterprise sellers to navigate partner ecosystem during sales cycles, serving as a day-to-day contact and point of escalation, as needed.
Requirements
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in sales/business development, management consulting, and/or partner management/activation.
  • Experience working with large consulting firms/GSIs, a plus.
  • Pipeline management and understanding sales rhythms and cycles.
  • Demonstrated experience developing executive-level relationships with tact and diplomacy.
  • Experience working with highly-matrixed organizations, and ability to mobilize multiple stakeholders across parallel workstreams.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity and engage with all levels of an organization.
  • Impressive business and financial acumen, with the ability to uncover and understand unique business problems across a range of industry sectors.
