Position Overview:

We are in search of a skilled and committed Project Manager to become a part of our dynamic team. This is a permanent role that presents the chance to oversee a variety of commercial construction projects.

The ideal candidate will manage all facets of the construction process, ensuring timely execution and adherence to budgetary constraints while maintaining high-quality standards.

Collaboration with clients, contractors, and team members will be essential to guarantee that all projects are completed efficiently and effectively.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all stages of the project lifecycle, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
  • Create detailed project plans and timelines, ensuring on-time delivery within budget and scope.
  • Facilitate coordination among clients, contractors, and team members for seamless project execution.
  • Prepare and deliver comprehensive project updates and reports to stakeholders.
  • Implement risk management strategies to mitigate project risks and develop contingency plans.
  • Supervise the procurement of materials and equipment, ensuring cost-effectiveness and timely delivery.
  • Collaborate with on-site teams to align construction activities with project plans.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Conduct cost estimation and financial planning to maintain project profitability.
  • Address and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the project lifecycle.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 3 years of project management experience in the construction sector.
  • Demonstrated experience in commercial construction, particularly with projects valued at $20M or more.
  • Proficient in project management methodologies and techniques.
  • Strong skills in cost estimation and budget oversight.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management abilities.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Capability to manage multiple projects concurrently while meeting deadlines.
  • Familiarity with project management software.
  • Knowledge of construction laws and regulations.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
  • PMP certification is advantageous.
