  • Assist clients during site visits to clarify project scopes.
  • Prepare detailed and accurate estimates for labor and material costs during project planning.
  • Collaborate closely with Architectural Estimators for project handovers.
  • Engage with colleagues, subcontractors, and vendors to understand cost impacts on project estimates.
  • Utilize online resources for accurate job duty estimations.
  • Track and follow up on proposals actively.
  • Facilitate PreCon Review meetings with the team prior to project initiation.
  • Participate in business meetings and cultivate networking opportunities for business development.
  • Ensure clear communication with clients and team members regarding project goals and expectations.
  • Develop a comprehensive project plan addressing objectives, scope, timelines, and resources to ensure successful completion.
  • Oversee project budgets with a focus on achieving financial targets.
