Position Overview:

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.
2. At least 3 years of project management experience in the construction sector.
3. Demonstrated experience in commercial construction projects.
4. Proficient in project management methodologies and techniques.
5. Strong skills in cost estimation and budget oversight.
6. Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
7. Outstanding communication and negotiation skills.
8. Capability to manage multiple projects concurrently while meeting deadlines.
9. Familiarity with project management software.
10. Knowledge of construction regulations and laws.
11. Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
12. PMP certification is an advantage.
