Position Overview:

Job Responsibilities:
We are in search of a skilled and committed Project Manager to become part of our team. This permanent role offers the chance to manage a variety of commercial projects.

The ideal candidate will oversee all phases of the construction process, from planning through execution to final delivery.

Collaboration with clients, contractors, and team members is essential to ensure that all projects are completed punctually, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

This position is perfect for someone eager to leverage their project management skills in a vibrant and challenging environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all stages of the project lifecycle, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
  • Create detailed project plans and timelines, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
  • Collaborate with clients, contractors, and team members for seamless project execution.
  • Prepare and present comprehensive project updates and reports to stakeholders.
  • Implement risk management strategies to mitigate project risks and formulate contingency plans.
  • Supervise the procurement of materials and equipment, ensuring cost efficiency and timely delivery.
  • Coordinate with on-site teams to align construction activities with project plans.
  • Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Conduct cost estimation and financial planning to maintain project profitability.
  • Address any issues or conflicts that arise during the project lifecycle.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • At least 3 years of project management experience in the construction sector.
  • Demonstrated experience in commercial construction, particularly with projects valued at $20M or more.
  • Proficient in project management methodologies and techniques.
  • Strong skills in cost estimation and budget oversight.
  • Excellent leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Outstanding communication and negotiation skills.
  • Able to manage multiple projects concurrently while meeting deadlines.
  • Familiarity with project management software.
  • Knowledge of construction regulations and laws.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • PMP certification is advantageous.
