Customer Account Manager

Markon is seeking a highly skilled Customer Account Manager to support our Intelligence Customer. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing customer relationships, preparing and reviewing billing statements, and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare, review, and validate billing statements, project plans, and SLAs for customers
  • Submit monthly invoices to customers showing spending against their SLAs
  • Provide assistance and instructions to customers by answering questions and assisting them in navigating through business and financial processes
  • Work closely with Finance to prepare and analyze SLAs, financial, or billing statements
  • Develop and maintain strong written and verbal communication skills, including proofreading, writing, and creating communication plans
  • Run monthly ad hoc financial reports and metrics
  • Review and approve timesheets as needed
Qualifications:
  • Active TS/SCI with Full Scope Poly
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Basic knowledge of project management principles and concepts
  • Knowledge of Fee for Service or Working Capital Fund concepts and business models
  • Working knowledge of Government financial processing vehicles (Momentum, SLA Workflow, CAPTURE)
  • Ability to interact with customers at all levels of the organization
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience
Salary Range:

USD $100,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year

The Markon pay range for this position is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
