Job Summary

The HVAC Account Manager for Residential Sales is a critical role at Carrier Enterprise, responsible for overseeing residential and contractor sales of Carrier & Bryant equipment and HVAC parts, and supplies. This position requires a strong ability to analyze territory, develop and execute sales programs, and build long-term relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze territory and develop sales programs to attract competitor accounts and new customers
  • Create and develop long-term relationships with existing and new customers
  • Manage customer issues and resolve them in a timely manner
  • Serve as primary point of contact for customers and build long-term relationships
  • Proactively generate new business opportunities and develop strategic plans to grow existing customers' business
Requirements
  • Demonstrated performance history in sales and new market development
  • Equipment, parts, supplies, and light commercial HVAC experience highly preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence
  • Highly motivated self-starter with strong business/problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Excel and CRM-Salesforce preferred
