Customer Success Manager

Deltek is seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Engagement Services team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of existing Deltek Professional Services customers, with a focus on customer retention and team achievement.
Key Responsibilities:- Investigate opportunities for add-on offerings and expansion of current products
- Provide oversight for Implementations, Conversions, and Upgrades during the client lifecycle
- Understand Deltek PS offerings, articulate their features and benefits, and provide appropriate solutions for specific customer needs
- Develop a trusted advisor relationship with customers, ensuring Deltek actions align with their business goals and strategy
- Conduct ongoing account reviews to communicate best practices
- Utilize sales skills to optimize sales closures and minimize sales cycles
- Provide regular reporting on account status, issues, forecasts, and activity
- Collaborate with other departments, such as Sales, Services, Support, Business Operations, Legal, and Finance, in a professional and collaborative manner
- Proactively monitor and report on customer usage and success to internal teams
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work or military experience
- 4+ years in a role with enterprise CSM background
- Gainsight, ChurnZero, or Totango software experience is necessary
- East Coast remote location preferred due to customer locations
- 20% travel required to visit customers
The U.S. On-Target-Earnings (OTE) for this position is $ [insert range]. Certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, including incentive compensation and equity.
