Job Description:

As a Customer Account Manager, you will be responsible for preparing, reviewing, and sending billing statements, project plans, and SLAs to customers. You will also submit monthly invoices, provide assistance and instructions to customers, and work closely with Finance to prepare and analyze SLAs, financial, or billing statements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and review billing statements, project plans, and SLAs for customers
  • Submit monthly invoices to customers
  • Provide assistance and instructions to customers
  • Work closely with Finance to prepare and analyze SLAs, financial, or billing statements
  • Run monthly ad hoc financial reports and metrics
  • Review and approve timesheets as needed

Requirements:

  • Active TS/SCI with Full Scope Poly
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Basic knowledge of project management principles and concepts
  • Knowledge of Fee for Service or Working Capital Fund concepts and business models
  • Working knowledge of Government financial processing vehicles (Momentum, SLA Workflow, CAPTURE)
  • Ability to interact with customers at all levels of the organization
  • Minimum 3+ years experience

Travel and Location:

0 - 10% travel required. Primary location is Herndon, VA.

Education and Job Type:

Bachelor's Degree required. Full-time position.
