Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Manager to support the post-sales customer lifecycle, focusing on customer adoption, retention, renewals, and expansion. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mind, a passion for solving complex customer technical issues, and a commitment to extraordinary customer success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage customer relationships to understand their desired outcomes and success gaps, and align them with the necessary resources to achieve them.
  • Build trusted relationships with key stakeholders within client organizations to generate proper levels of adoption, ensure renewals, and create new revenue opportunities.
  • Understand and interpret clients' technical requirements and offer appropriate solutions, based on best practices, while offering guidance and recommendations for optimal health and performance of Vbrick system.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver successful solutions and services, including Product, Sales, Technical Support, and Engineering.
  • Provide ongoing technical account management, using escalation management on critical cases as needed, while providing regular status updates to the client.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of post-sales customer-facing experience in customer success, technical account management, or sales engineering.
  • Proven track record of customer retention and growth through strong customer service.
  • Strong business savvy with consultative, problem-solving, and issue resolution skills.
  • Experience in media/content management, streaming technologies, or a related field is a plus.
