Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and adaptable Business Development Liaison to join our team. As a key member of our sales support team, you will play a critical role in facilitating the sales process for capital deployment and servicing opportunities represented by brokers or consultants.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure seamless access to broker portals and timely notifications of bid opportunities within our scope of assets.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers and influencers within each broker organization.
  • Coordinate the onboarding process for creditors (sellers) and facilitate annual audit questionnaires received from brokers.
  • Prepare and participate in bi-weekly bid review meetings with pricing teams and senior leadership.
  • Work closely with brokers to gain pricing, performance, and competitive intelligence, and provide guidance to pricing teams.
  • Submit pricing proposals via email, auction portals, or live auctions.
  • Acquire, organize, and communicate client information and activities completed pre-sale for effective handoff to Client Services, Post Sale Support, and Operations.
  • Respond to broker inquiries and maintain updates to the sales pipeline for all broker-represented bid opportunities.
  • Maintain CRM databases through Salesforce.com and serve as a liaison between brokers and the company.
  • Vet new potential broker partnerships by facilitating onboarding audits and seeking organization approval.
Requirements
  • College degree in Business or related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Prior experience in sales support, client services, business development, or vendor management is highly desired.
  • Excellent relationship building skills and ability to work cooperatively with all levels and functional areas of the company.
  • Highly organized and adaptable with the ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications and knowledge of the collections industry is desired.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce.com is helpful but not required.
