About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Representative to join our team at AccentCare. As an Account Executive, you will play a critical role in establishing and maintaining relationships with referral sources, hospitals, physicians, case managers, and insurance companies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to expand our presence in the local market.
  • Collaborate with our clinical operations team to ensure seamless care transition coordination from an acute care setting to home.
  • Present disease-specific clinical programs to promote positive patient outcomes and educate the medical community on our clinical programs.
  • Participate in developing new business opportunities through community outreach and assessment of community needs.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or equivalent preferred.
  • Minimum one year of medical sales experience in the local market.
  • Home health sales experience a plus.
  • Proven track record of success in sales and business development.
  • Licensed driver with an automobile that is insured in accordance with state and/or organization requirements.
