Clinical Liaison Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Liaison to join our team at UC Davis Rehabilitation Hospital, a state-of-the-art 52-bed free-standing inpatient rehabilitation hospital operated jointly between UC Davis Health and Lifepoint Health.
About the RoleThe Clinical Liaison will play a critical role in facilitating communication between our hospital and the community, ensuring seamless transitions for patients and families. This position requires strong interpersonal and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare providers, payers, and community organizations
- Provide education and support to patients, families, and healthcare providers on rehabilitation services and hospital policies
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality patient care and outcomes
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of hospital policies and procedures
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in healthcare, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. A bachelor's degree in a related field is required, and experience in a clinical or healthcare setting is preferred.
