Job Overview

TalentZok is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and lead generation.
  • Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets, including creating and delivering presentations, proposals, and pitches.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and customer success, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
Requirements
  • 3-6 years of sales experience in a business-to-business (B2B) setting.
  • 1-2 years of experience in printer/copier sales or a related industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
