Job Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities as a Sales Development Manager will include:

  • Traveling within your designated sales territory to conduct in-home inspections
  • Utilizing pre-qualified leads to develop and maintain a book of business
  • Diagnosing and educating homeowners on the issues they face in their homes and providing solution options
  • Estimating repairs and presenting homeowners with generated job proposals
  • Closing sales with customers in their homes
  • Maintaining relationships with customers while tracking sales lead pipelines
Requirements & Qualifications

To excel in this role, you'll need:

  • Full-time availability
  • Remote & Onsite: Reporting into and working remotely from Branch location
  • Servicing area within designated territory
  • Reliable transportation

Prior experience in sales, particularly commission-driven sales, business-to-consumer sales, and/or in-home sales, is preferred but not required. An entrepreneurial attitude focused on driving performance and customer service and satisfaction will serve you well in this position.
