Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team at Pidgin. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales growth among community banks and credit unions in your assigned region.

The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with clients.

We offer a competitive salary of $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for career advancement and professional growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage sales activities to achieve or exceed assigned objectives
  • Contact prospective customers to determine their needs and degree of interest in Pidgin's products and services
  • Perform sales presentations and coordinate resources for effective demos
  • Prepare and present proposals to clients and prospects
  • Negotiate and close deals that meet customer expectations and Pidgin's ability to deliver

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, sales, or marketing, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in software sales or banking/finance industry
  • Strong decision-making skills, excellent written and verbal communication, and strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to travel at least 50% of the time
