About the Job

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales Professional to join our team at Pidgin. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our presence in the community banking and credit union markets.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales, with a strong focus on prospecting, lead generation, and relationship-building. You will be responsible for managing sales opportunities from initial contact through to closing deals, while also maintaining existing customer relationships and identifying new business opportunities.

Job Summary:

The Enterprise Sales Professional will be responsible for selling Pidgin's products and services to community banks and credit unions. This includes identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with key decision-makers, and managing sales opportunities through the entire sales cycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive revenue growth and expand market share.
  • Prospect and qualify new business leads, identifying potential customers and developing relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Manage sales opportunities through the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to closing deals.
  • Maintain and build relationships with existing customers, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity, using this information to inform sales strategies and improve performance.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including product management and marketing teams, to identify new business opportunities and develop targeted sales campaigns.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, sales, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the software or financial services industries.
  • Proven track record of success in sales, with a strong focus on prospecting, lead generation, and relationship-building.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop effective solutions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.

Salary Range:$80,000 - $110,000 per year.
