The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and a customer-centric approach. You will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with existing clients, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering exceptional service throughout the sales process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain relationships with existing clients to understand their evolving financial needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Identify new business opportunities through market research, networking, and cold calling.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive sales growth and expand our customer base.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring a positive experience throughout the sales process.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, inquiries, and sales activities in our CRM system to ensure accurate reporting and follow-up.

Requirements

  • Previous sales experience preferred but not required; minimum of 2 years of successful sales experience, preferably in a call center or related environment.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and build relationships over the phone.
  • Results-driven mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Customer-centric approach with a genuine desire to help businesses succeed and find suitable financial solutions.
  • Resilience and adaptability in handling objections, overcoming challenges, and adapting to changing business needs in a fast-paced sales environment.
  • Strong work ethic with a commitment to personal and professional growth.
  • Tech-savvy with proficiency in using CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and other sales-related software.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in business, finance, or related fields is a plus.

Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $90,000 per annum, depending on experience and performance.
