Outbound Business Development Consultant

We are seeking an Outbound Business Development Consultant to join our team. As a consultant, you will be responsible for developing relationships with local small businesses and promoting our consultative advertising solutions to them. You will work independently from the comfort of your own home and out in the field in your local territory.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience in selling to small businesses or a related field. They will possess excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to function well in fast-paced environments. Computer literacy and proficiency in video conferencing tools, email management, and CRM use is also required.

Job Requirements:
- 1-2 years of outside sales or phone sales experience preferred
- Valid Driver's License, Motor Vehicle Insurance and passing Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) and Background check
- Agree that compensation is commission-only and based on sales results
