Regional Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team at Pidgin. As a Sales Executive, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth and expanding our presence in the market. You will be responsible for managing sales activities, developing sales plans, and building relationships with key decision-makers at community banks and credit unions.
Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting and cold calling
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed targets
- Provide sales presentations and demonstrations to showcase Pidgin's products and services
- Negotiate and close deals that meet customer expectations and Pidgin's ability to deliver
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, sales, or marketing, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
- 2+ years of successful sales experience, preferably in software sales or the banking/finance industry
- Strong decision-making skills and excellent communication skills
- Ability to travel at least 50% of the time
Compensation and Benefits
The estimated salary for this role is $90,000 - $140,000 per year, depending on experience. Pidgin offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
