Inside Sales Analyst Job Description

Software Guidance & Assistance, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Inside Sales Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and managing customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to increase revenue and expand customer base
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with national customer accounts
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support sales, forecasting, and budgeting initiatives
  • Analyze sales and market trends to identify opportunities for growth
  • Participate in the launch of new products and services, including gathering customer feedback and data
  • Interact with marketing, supply chain, customer service, and operations teams to manage sales and customer relationships
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • 2+ years of account management experience in a sales or business development role
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Intermediate experience with Excel and ability to use it for forecasting
  • Ability to work under limited guidance with periodic review
