  • Innovative Sales Techniques: Identify and implement innovative sales techniques and tools to enhance the sales process and improve efficiency.
  • Revenue Growth: Drive revenue growth through the acquisition of new clients and the expansion of existing accounts.
  • Sales Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Sales Performance Metrics: Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to senior management.

Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Experience: 10 years of experience in sales, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role within the transportation or logistics industry.
  • Skills: Proficiency with MS Office Suite, logistics and transportation management systems, CRM software.
  • Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the transportation and logistics industry, including market trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory environment.
  • Supply Chain Management: Experience with supply chain management and logistics solutions.
  • Contract Negotiation: Proficiency in contract negotiation and closing high-value deals.
  • Sales Team Management: Experience in building, mentoring, and leading high-performing sales teams.
  • Data Analysis: Ability to interpret sales data and market research to inform strategic decisions.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel as needed.
