Join SpaceX, a pioneering company in space technology, as a Retail Channel Specialist in LATAM. This role is part of the Starlink Retail Partnerships team, responsible for growing retail partnerships in Latin America.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify, develop, and execute retail partnership opportunities in domestic and international markets.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, including issue resolution and account management.
  • Build relationships with customers to understand their requirements and manage expectations.
  • Collect and communicate customer feedback to influence programmatic and technical development.
  • Retain and grow the value of accounts.
  • Assist with commercial, marketing, and business term development.
  • Support forecasting efforts and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in an engineering or business discipline.
  • 1+ years of consulting or project management experience in business development or sales.
  • 1+ years of experience working with customers to support a technical product or service.
  • Written and verbal business fluency in Spanish.
  • 3+ years of experience in retail operation roles or customer-facing roles.
  • Experience bringing products/services into retail stores in domestic and international markets.
  • Independently motivated with a demonstrated track record of project ownership.
  • Strong interpersonal, presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Demonstrated technical aptitude in a professional setting.
  • Familiarity with satellite communications and the retail industry.
