Job Overview

At Neo Enterprise, we're seeking a highly motivated and organized Business Development Representative to join our team. As a key player in our customer success journey, you'll be responsible for building strong relationships with our clients, providing exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a liaison between sales, customer service, and advertising teams to ensure seamless communication and enrollment processes.
  • Utilize a personalized approach to interact with customers, providing knowledgeable and friendly support to meet their needs.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to deliver top-notch customer service, driving sales growth and meeting weekly and monthly targets.
  • Ensure data accuracy during customer renewal or acquisition enrollment processes.
  • Attend meetings to increase client knowledge and drive sales.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications or a relevant field.
  • Experience in customer service or sales.
  • Highly organized, responsive, and detail-oriented with excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and complete multiple tasks with accuracy.
  • Self-directed and detail-oriented with a problem-solving attitude.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on rapport-building, listening, and questioning.
