About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Associate Account Manager - Systems and Services. As a key member of our Commercial HVAC sales team, you will be responsible for selling the world's most complete line of efficient heating, ventilating, and air conditioning (HVAC) equipment and building management controls to our commercial, industrial, and institutional customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sell HVAC equipment and building management controls to commercial, industrial, and institutional customers
  • Work with engineers, architects, contractors, and owners/developers in the design, application, and sale of systems, controls, parts, and services for our customers' buildings
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers to identify and meet their needs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide solutions to customers' challenges
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering (open to all engineering areas of emphasis)
  • Valid driver's license for a minimum of 12 months, ability to provide proof of insurance, and have no major or frequent traffic violations
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
