Your Profile:

Your Contributions:

In this role, you will collaborate closely with the Territory Sales Manager to nurture and expand relationships with key resellers and distribution partners. You will be responsible for generating timely and precise quotes for clients, addressing inquiries, and ensuring prompt resolutions. Your expertise will be vital in delivering outstanding technical support and customer service.

Qualifications for Success:

To provide the highest level of service, a minimum of 3 years of experience in a technical support or service role is essential. Familiarity with single- and three-phase UPS technology and related products is advantageous. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications is required. This position will primarily support clients in the Central time zones, so comfort with standard working hours is necessary.
