Key Responsibilities

  • Provide hands-on instruction and mentorship to Training Specialists, promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure training programs align with business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain accurate records of student achievement and course evaluations.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of production operations experience in a manufacturing/industrial environment and 3+ years of experience in a training role.
  • Proven track record of developing and delivering effective training programs that drive business results.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
  • Proficient in MS Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
