We are expanding and seeking a Sales Revenue Specialist to join our dynamic Finance team.

The Sales Revenue Specialist will serve as a vital ally to the Sales division, delivering essential insights to foster revenue enhancement and optimization. This position utilizes sophisticated data analysis and problem-solving capabilities to reveal actionable intelligence that guides decision-making and aids in achieving organizational goals. The primary aim is to boost sales efficiency and profitability through data-informed insights, concentrating on the creation, upkeep, and dissemination of precise and timely revenue reports.

Location: We embrace a remote-first culture, welcoming candidates from various time zones across the US or Canada (excluding Quebec).

Performance Objectives:

Primary Objective: Generate, maintain, and share accurate and timely revenue reports to bolster sales operations and strategic planning. Collaborate with the Chief Revenue Officer and Vice President of Strategy on analyses that propel enterprise growth.

  1. Deliver timely and actionable insights through ad hoc analyses to support strategic planning and operational efficiency.
  2. Empower Sales leadership with the insights necessary to expand the sales team and achieve their acquisition targets.

Required Skills & Experience:

Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in financial analysis or revenue operations, ideally within the SaaS sector.
Technical Skills:
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel/spreadsheets (pivot tables, formulas, data manipulation, and analysis).
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
  • Strong ability to extract, manipulate, and analyze large datasets.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce/CRM reporting.
  • SQL knowledge is a plus.
