Overview:

The role of a Technical Sales Support Specialist is to become a knowledgeable resource on products during their development cycle.

This position involves providing expert technical assistance to clients regarding the product offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver insights and strategic guidance to clients on the use of complex products

Required Skills:

Familiarity with production methodologies, quality assurance, cost management, and strategies for optimizing manufacturing and distribution processes.

Education and Experience:

A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is mandatory. An MBA or equivalent advanced degree is preferred.

0-2 years of relevant experience is required.

Essential Attributes:
  • Act as a technical expert on Digital Display Solutions and other Digital Signage offerings for sales teams and partners
  • Provide pre-sales technical assistance to sales subsidiaries, system integrators, and end users
  • Support system integrators and subsidiaries with product selection, specifications, and inquiries
  • Assist clients with software and service solutions setup and usage scenarios, including VXT, Lynk Cloud, and Tizen platform (SSSP)
  • Deliver tier 1 pre-sales technical support for LCD Signage, LED, Monitors, Hospitality TV, Solutions, and Pro Services
Timely Pre-Sales Technical Support for:
  • Sales Teams
  • Business Development Managers
  • Engage with key industry partners in the Digital Signage sector and provide market insights to Project Managers and Subject Matter Experts
  • Participate in and support industry events
  • Frequent travel may be necessary
  • Candidates should be prepared to work beyond standard hours as needed
  • A background in IT, IP networks, Digital Signage, and/or the Display industry is advantageous
