The Manager of Business Services will oversee and manage the business services program, playing a pivotal role in nurturing strong relationships, ensuring effective communication, and serving as the primary liaison between our clients and lending teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing and managing the Credit Union's Business Services Program.
  • Driving the growth and profitability of the Business Services Program (ACH, Remote Deposit, Payroll, Merchant Services, Virtual Vault, etc.) by prospecting new business relationships and enhancing existing ones.
  • Resolving technical issues that members may encounter with Business Service Products (system access, password resets, scanner functionality, etc.).
  • Streamlining the proposal and documentation process for enrolling business members into Business Service Products.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with Business Service Partners and representatives.
  • Collaborating with branch and business development teams to maximize sales efforts and cross-sell additional products and services.
  • Acting as a liaison between members/prospects and the Credit Union's internal lending departments to facilitate business lending.
  • Supporting the Business Development team and Branch Managers in their partnerships with Business Service Partners.
  • Enhancing the Credit Union's competitive edge by exploring innovative solutions tailored to our business members' needs.
  • Assisting the Business Development team and Branch Managers with requests for new Business Service Products and Loans.
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of all Credit Union Business Service and Business Loan offerings and providing training to staff.
  • Managing the establishment of all credit union Business Account and Service-related fees and supervising direct reports.

Qualifications:

  • Two to five years of relevant experience in a similar role, with familiarity in various financial industry concepts, practices, and procedures.

Education:

  • A college degree or completion of a specialized course of study at a business or trade school.

Compensation: $83,608 - $89,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
