About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Services Manager to lead our team in delivering exceptional customer service and driving business growth. As a key member of our Grainger Businesses team, you will be responsible for managing a team of Onsite Service Representatives/Specialists, leading KeepStock engagements, and building strong partnerships with customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Manage a team of 10 to 20 Onsite Service Representatives/Specialists, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
  • KeepStock Management: Lead the implementation of KeepStock engagements, working closely with customers to understand their needs and develop solutions that meet their requirements.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that customers receive the highest level of support and satisfaction.
  • Business Development: Identify opportunities to grow the business, developing and implementing strategies to increase revenue and market share.
Requirements
  • 5+ years' experience in a manufacturing or industrial business environment, with direct leadership experience.
  • Strong understanding of financial and economic concepts.
  • Experience leading in a matrixed environment.
  • Ability to build and work within different teams.
  • Strength in process improvement, ownership, and control, and project management.
