About the Role

Harbor is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Support Services Specialist to provide exceptional front desk support in a fast-paced environment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering top-notch customer service, ensuring seamless communication, and maintaining a high level of organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Respond to all incoming calls in a professional, warm, and courteous manner, providing accurate and timely information to clients.
  • Call Management: Transfer calls to voice mail or take written messages, ensuring prompt delivery and follow-up.
  • Scheduling: Schedule ongoing appointments for other Harbor locations, ensuring efficient use of resources.
  • Payment Processing: Collect payments from clients as required, reconcile cash boxes, and complete deposits or distribute cash drawers as assigned.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform opening and closing duties, including maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required, with two years of closely related office experience strongly preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent customer service skills, flexibility, strong multi-tasking skills, and excellent organizational skills required. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and data entry experience a must.
  • Knowledge: Knowledge of skills to work with youth/adults affected by trauma preferred.
