Your role will involve overseeing our front-desk team, including Receptionists and Concierges, to guarantee exceptional customer service and hospitality. If you possess prior experience in the hospitality sector and are knowledgeable about hotel operations such as bookings, luggage handling, and check-in/check-out processes, we would be eager to connect with you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality guest service throughout their stay.
- Ensure guests are warmly welcomed upon arrival.
- Monitor daily reservations and prepare assigned rooms ahead of check-in.
- Coordinate luggage collection and storage efficiently.
- Oversee check-in and check-out processes, including managing reservations and financial transactions.
- Promptly respond to guest requests, including in-room dining services.
- Actively listen to and resolve guest complaints.
- Provide personalized services to special guests, including those with disabilities, elderly guests, children, and VIPs.
- Facilitate communication between guests and staff, ensuring concerns are addressed.
- Inform guests about hotel services, including dining options and breakfast.
- Promote all hotel amenities and programs available to guests.
- Manage the guest relations team to uphold all operational standards.
- Evaluate team performance and generate regular reports.
- Collaborate with Housekeeping and Wait Staff to enhance the overall guest experience.
- Review daily tasks, assign responsibilities, and monitor progress.
- Analyze customer feedback and suggest improvements to enhance ratings.
- Recommend local attractions, dining, shopping, and sightseeing options.
- Build rapport with regular guests to foster loyalty.
Required Skills:
- Proven experience as a Front Desk Agent.
- Comprehensive understanding of hotel management best practices and relevant regulations.
- Hands-on experience with Hotel Management software (PMS).
- Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is advantageous.
- Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication and listening skills.
- Exceptional problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
- Leadership qualities with the capacity to inspire a team towards high performance.
- Flexibility to work varied hours.
- Strong sense of responsibility and professional demeanor.
